Job Description
Responsible for reminding and collecting loan payment from the clients via phone call. To educate the clients about the collection process, procedures, polices and explain about penalties. To monitor assigned accounts. And other related tasks assigned by the Immediate Head/Management.
Qualifications

Atleast High School Graduate, College Degree holder is an advantage

Preferably have at least 6 Months of experience in the same field

Can perform basic mathematics

Computer Literate is an advantage
